Welcome to DD NATION 1

We believe a considered shopping experience begins with clear information and respectful service. These Terms explain the conditions for using ddnation1.myshopify.com and purchasing from DD NATION 1. Please read them alongside our Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund Policies before placing an order.

1. About us

In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to DD NATION 1. Our business contact address is Nomikou 18 B, 2312 Nicosia, Cyprus. Contact us at boxupit333@gmail.com. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides our ecommerce platform. DD NATION 1 is responsible for customer service and its obligations as the seller.

2. Using our store

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement or the authorisation of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate. Please provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information and keep any account credentials secure. You may not use our store for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or misuse another person's information.

3. Products and presentation

Product descriptions, sizes, contents, and any product-specific instructions appear on the relevant listing. Please review them carefully before purchasing. Images are intended to represent products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary with your screen or device. This does not limit your right to receive goods that conform to their description. Availability may change, and we will contact you if we cannot fulfil your order.

4. Prices and payment

The applicable price, currency, available shipping charges, and taxes calculated through checkout are displayed before you submit payment. Review the final total before completing your purchase. Any import duties or charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the relevant authority, where applicable; this does not override any disclosure obligations or mandatory law. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not alter an already accepted order.

5. Orders and corrections

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable, a listing contains a material error, or an order raises a legitimate payment or fraud concern, we may contact you to resolve the issue or cancel the affected order and refund any payment collected for it. We will not substitute a product or impose a higher price without your agreement. If you need to correct or cancel an order, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible once processing or dispatch has begun; your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

6. Delivery and fulfilment

Delivery destinations, processing estimates, and shipping information are set out in our Shipping Policy and any applicable product listing. Processing time is separate from transit time unless stated otherwise. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees, but do not remove our obligations under applicable law. We use third-party fulfilment partners, including EPROLO, to ship supplier products directly to customers. This arrangement does not remove our responsibilities as the seller. Contact us if your order is delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect.

7. Returns, refunds, and consumer rights

Our Return and Refund Policy explains our voluntary 30-day return offer, eligibility conditions, return shipping, and refund procedures. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions. Our Cyprus business contact address is not automatically the return address.

EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to applicable legal exceptions, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Our voluntary return conditions do not restrict that right or your rights concerning faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods. Nothing in these Terms excludes or reduces rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Product use

Follow the instructions and warnings supplied with each product. For fragrance and personal-care products, review the ingredients and any precautions before use, avoid contact with eyes, and stop use if irritation occurs. These precautions do not limit our responsibility for product safety or conformity under applicable law.

9. Privacy and payment security

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared. Payments are handled through the payment services available at checkout. We may request proportionate order verification where needed to help prevent fraud. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials to our customer-service email.

10. Content and intellectual property

Store text, branding, photography, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws where relevant. You may use the store for personal shopping and legitimate business enquiries, but may not copy or exploit protected content commercially without permission from the appropriate rights holder. Any reviews or feedback you submit must be lawful, truthful, and respectful of other people's rights.

These Terms do not themselves create a wholesale arrangement, partnership, agency relationship, exclusivity agreement, or credit facility. Any such arrangement requires a separate agreement. Consumer-specific protections apply where the purchaser qualifies as a consumer under applicable law.

Our store may link to third-party websites or offer services provided by third parties. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control unrelated third-party websites. This does not exclude responsibilities we have for services used to fulfil your purchase.

13. Responsibility and service availability

We take reasonable care in operating our store, but access may be interrupted by maintenance or technical issues. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of habitual residence where applicable. Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer's right to bring proceedings in a court available to them under applicable law. If a concern arises, please contact us first so we can seek a fair resolution.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our store or legal requirements. The updated version and date will be posted here. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively change the terms of an existing purchase unless required by law or agreed with you.
