Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, contact us at boxupit333@gmail.com with your order number. Returns must be sent to Hargobind Nagar, Bahona Chownk, near Sandhu Di Chakki, Moga, Punjab 142001, India. Contact us before sending your return so we can provide instructions.

Our 30-day return offer

For voluntary returns under our 30-day offer, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with any seals intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened or used perfume is not eligible under this voluntary offer. These conditions do not limit your statutory rights.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required for these issues. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

For voluntary returns, we will notify you after inspecting the returned item. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original delivery charges are not refunded for voluntary change-of-mind returns, except where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. European Union right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your online purchase without giving a reason before delivery and within 14 days after receiving the last item in your order, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Notify us at boxupit333@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

For a valid statutory withdrawal, we will refund payments, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods, or any other rights under applicable consumer law. Where mandatory law provides stronger protection, that law applies.
