Shipping policy

Processing and delivery

Processing and delivery times vary by product, supplier, and destination. Processing time is separate from transit time. Any delivery estimate provided applies only to the product and destination stated and is not a guaranteed arrival date. If no estimate is provided for your destination, contact boxupit333@gmail.com before ordering.

Shipping charges

Our current standard shipping rates are €13 for Cyprus and US$9 for the United States, where delivery is available for the items ordered. The Cyprus rate has no minimum order value. Available shipping options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. A published rate does not confirm that every product can be delivered to that destination.

Fulfillment

We use EPROLO, a third-party dropshipping fulfillment service, to ship supplier products directly to customers. Shipping origins and available routes vary by product and destination. Some items, including perfumes and liquids, may be subject to shipping restrictions. Contact boxupit333@gmail.com before ordering if delivery availability for your destination is unclear.

Delivery issues

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an address error, your order is delayed, or an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact boxupit333@gmail.com with your order number so we can assist. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Returns

Refer to our Return and Refund Policy for return eligibility, instructions, and refund details. Contact us before sending any return.
